Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following instructions.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

2. Exercising

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unambiguous statement (e.g. email). Please address your withdrawal to: B A Media Group FZE LLC, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, Vereinigte Arabische Emirate, email: contact@bamg.ae.

3. Consequences

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment.

4. Early expiry (digital service)

As our service is digital and typically delivered immediately after receipt of payment, you expressly request immediate commencement with your order and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance. If the service is not yet fully performed when you exercise the right, you owe a reasonable amount for the part already provided.
