1. Controller

The controller for data processing is B A Media Group FZE LLC, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, Vereinigte Arabische Emirate. Contact: contact@bamg.ae.

2. Hosting and infrastructure

The website and processing run on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EU data centres (Frankfurt). Delivered files are stored on Amazon S3, order and progress data in Amazon DynamoDB. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

3. Order and payment

For a purchase, payment is processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.). Stripe processes the payment and billing data you enter as well as your email address. We receive the email address and billing data from Stripe to fulfil the order and issue the invoice. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

4. Creation of the address lists

To create the ordered list we evaluate publicly accessible business and address directories. The compiled, predominantly commercial business data (B2B) is provided as CSV. Legal basis for processing this publicly available data: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Email delivery

We send the download link by email via Amazon SES, processing your email address for delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. Retention

Delivered CSV files and their download links are available for a limited time (download link 24 hours). Order data is retained in line with statutory (in particular commercial and tax) retention periods.

7. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are always set, optional ones exclusively after your consent. We embed no advertising services.

Necessary: “cc_cookie” stores your decision about the cookie notice (6 months). “NEXT_LOCALE” remembers the selected language (session). “__stripe_mid” (1 year) and “__stripe_sid” (30 minutes) are set by our payment provider Stripe for fraud detection and to link an ongoing payment to your session.

Optional and only after consent are the Google Analytics cookies: “_ga” (2 years) and “_ga_*” (2 years) distinguish visitors and maintain the session state, “_gid” (24 hours) distinguishes visitors short-term, “_gat” (1 minute) throttles the number of requests. The live chat sets no cookies; what it keeps in your browser's storage is described in section 9.

Legal basis for the necessary cookies is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG together with Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Legal basis for the optional cookies is Section 25(1) TDDDG together with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the page footer and thereby withdraw your consent with effect for the future.

8. Audience measurement with Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It helps us understand how the website is used so we can improve it. Processed data includes a truncated IP address, a randomly assigned identifier, the pages you visit, the time and duration of the visit as well as approximate location, device and browser data.

Google Analytics is only loaded after you have accepted the “Statistics and audience measurement” category in the cookie notice. Before that, no script is loaded from Google, no request goes to Google and no cookie is set. The IP address is truncated (anonymize_ip) and the data is not merged with other Google services or advertising accounts.

Legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR together with Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookies” link in the page footer; processing carried out until then remains lawful. The recipient is Google, and a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google relies on the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Event data is deleted after 2 months, user-level data after 14 months.

9. Live chat (fonella)

For questions about industries, coverage, prices and ordering we offer a live chat in which an AI assistant answers. The chat runs on fonella, a service of WBA Systems GmbH, Kienberger Allee 4, 12529 Schönefeld, Germany, which operates it on our behalf as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). So that the page loads quickly, your browser fetches the chat window from fonella.ai only after your first input on the page or a few seconds after loading; fonella receives your IP address and the details your browser sends with every request. The chat sets no cookies. In your browser's storage it keeps a random id (“fonella-chat-session”) that links your chats across tabs and later visits and stays until you delete it; the id and history of the current conversation and whether you have opened the chat window it keeps only until you close the tab. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your questions directly on the page and without waiting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21(1) GDPR); you can delete the entries at any time in your browser's settings.

When you write, we process your messages with everything you state in them, together with the id, the language, the address and title of the page you write on (without the id of an order), what is entered in the order form, your IP address, information about your browser and the time, in order to answer your question (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The chat asks our server for prices and industries; our server receives only the details of the address list and an id of the conversation, not your messages. If you wish, the chat fills in the order form or opens Stripe's payment page, in each case only after you have confirmed it in the chat; nothing is paid until you pay there yourself.

The answers are generated automatically by a language model, as is a short summary of the chat that we receive by email and push notification together with any contact details you give. For this, your messages and the previous course of the conversation are sent to OpenRouter, Inc. in the USA, which forwards them, depending on availability, to a language model of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Meta; we base the transfer to the USA on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). fonella stores the chat on servers of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, in the Frankfurt region; it is deleted as soon as your request has been dealt with and no retention obligation applies. To prevent abuse, messages are counted per IP address and minute and the count is deleted after about one day (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please do not enter payment data in the chat. 10. Telephone enquiries

Calls to the phone number shown on this website are answered by an AI-powered phone assistant. At the start of the call you are told that you are speaking with an AI-powered phone assistant.

The telephony platform is operated as a technical service provider by WBA Systems GmbH, Kienberger Allee 4, 12529 Schönefeld, Germany, with its service fonella.

We process your phone number, if it is transmitted, the number you called, the date, time and duration of the call, the content of the conversation as speech and as text (transcript), an automatically generated summary, and any details you give during the call, for example your name, email address or a callback number.

During the call your speech is converted into text. An AI language model generates a reply, which is read out by speech synthesis. After the call a summary is created, the transcript and summary are translated, and contact details you mentioned are identified. We are notified of the call by email and, where enabled, by push notification. The call is not recorded as audio.

The following service providers are used:

sipgate GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany: phone number and call routing.

Vapi Inc., 150 Spear Street, Suite 1000, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA: handling of the conversation and the summary. For this Vapi uses Deepgram, Inc., San Francisco, USA (speech recognition), Google LLC, Mountain View, USA (Gemini language model) and ElevenLabs, Inc., New York, USA (speech synthesis).

OpenRouter, Inc., USA: translation of transcript and summary and identification of contact details, using models from Google, with OpenAI or Meta as fallback.

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg: storage in data centres in Frankfurt am Main.

Mailgun Technologies, Inc. (Sinch), USA: sending the notification email via its EU region.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your call relates to entering into or performing a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. Our legitimate interest is to receive and answer enquiries at any time, including outside business hours.

Data is transferred to the USA in the process. Vapi bases transfers from the EU on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose described, or at your request, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Vapi also stores the transcript, the course of the conversation, the summary and technical logs and deletes them on request. According to WBA Systems GmbH, the call data is not used to train AI models. Under its terms of service Vapi does not pass it on to third parties for their model training, but may use it, without reference to us or to you, to improve its own service, for example speech recognition.

If you prefer not to speak with the AI assistant, you can also reach us by email at the address given in the imprint. Your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and your right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 15 to 21 and 77 GDPR), also apply to this data.

11. Review portal (Trustportal)

In the footer we show a summary of the reviews of adresslisten.kaufen from the review portal Trustportal (trustportal.biz). Trustportal is a review portal of B A Media Group FZE LLC, which also operates this website. To do so, your browser loads a script and the review summary from trustportal.biz, which technically involves transmitting your IP address. Trustportal sets no cookies and does not access your browser's local storage. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting our reviews (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact contact@bamg.ae. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
